Job responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their logistical needs and develop customized solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, sales, and customer service to deliver seamless service to clients.

• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to clients.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients.

• Handle negotiations and contract renewals with existing clients.

• Lead resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise with clients in a timely and professional manner.

Job requirements

• Experience or interest in account management or customer relationship management within the logistics industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate client needs and propose effective solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments to achieve common goals.

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.

• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes and challenges in a dynamic business environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

• Bilingual in Chinese and English is required.
