Administration Manager


Job responsibilities

• New Warehouse Leasing and Setup- Identify and evaluate potential new warehouse locations for expansion. Lead the negotiation and leasing process for new warehouse facilities. Oversee the setup and organization of new warehouses, including layout design and equipment procurement.

• Existing Warehouse Maintenance – Ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of existing warehouse facilities. Coordinate repairs and improvements as needed to optimize warehouse functionality.

• Purchasing Process – Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate supply contracts.

• Team Management – Lead and supervise administration department team members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and productivity.

• Office Administration – Oversee administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships. Maintain a clean and organized office and warehouse working environment.

• Communication – Serve as a point of contact between warehouse operations and the administrative team. Facilitate effective communication between departments.

• Compliance – Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Manage documentation related to compliance audits.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as admin, management and large size warehouse operating experience.

• Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.

• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.

• Chinese-Mandarin REQUIRED.
