• Ensuring the safe, trouble-free and economical operation of buildings and outdoor.
installations, technical systems and equipment, and conference areas.
• Supervision of existing leases, especially the preparation of annual utility bills.
• Responsible for the management, maintenance and management of existing properties, supporting strategic space planning to secure growth projects, optimizing utilization concepts.
• Manage and further develop teams in the administrative, office and back office areas.
• Budget planning and control within the department in cooperation with superiors.
• Work closely with site management on permit issues.
• Create monthly reports, statistics and general administrative tasks.
Job requirements
• Possession of a Turkish driving license is preferred.
• College degree or above, more than one year of administrative experience is preferred.
• Relevant legal work experience or background is preferred.
• Efficient administrative management and coordination skills, strong adaptability and execution, and good learning ability.
• Computer proficiency, strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Lived in Turkey for 3 years and above.
