Job responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue growth and target goals.

• Maintain an active pipeline with new business opportunities.

• Realistically forecasts sales and revenue estimates to the management team.

• Understand client and prospective client’s e-commerce strategies to position global e-commerce fulfillment and shipping solutions.

• Understand CIRRO’s value proposition and can position advantages to close new business in a competitive e-commerce fulfillment landscape.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by using a consultative sales approach.

• Work with the account management team and onboarding team, account managers and sales support coordinator to ensure new clients are onboard correctly and proper SOPs are in place.

• Monitor market trends including industry, competitor and customer developments, and funnels relevant information internally.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and industry functions.

• Provide continuous feedback to management on both successes and challenges of the business.

Job requirements

• A minimum of 7 years successful inside or face-to-face selling experience, preferably selling e-commerce fulfillment services.

• Bachelor of Arts degree (B. A.) in Business Administration or equivalent.

• Be willing to learn and follow a consultative sales approach.

• Have experience working with e-commerce warehouse operations and shipping service providers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.

• Ideal candidate will have experience with domestic and cross-border shipping services.

• Must possess good analytical skills, be tech-savvy, and be detail-oriented.

• Have a proven track record of successful sales achievement.

• Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with customer executives, IT management, and internal stakeholders.
