CIRRO E-Commerce, a leading global e-commerce logistics solutions provider, has installed a high volume and high throughput 200,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art sortation system to their Los Angeles shipping facility, increasing their processing capacity by over 100,000 parcels per day. The multi-million-dollar capital investment will enable CIRRO E-Commerce to continue to rapidly scale in order to meet existing and new customers’ demands.
While CIRRO E-Commerce already has similar sortation systems installed in other facilities in their network, this is the first of its kind in the U.S. The new system will be online in early September — in plenty of time to support peak season volumes. The new automated platform is slated to have an immediate and positive impact on capacity, throughput, package tracking and overall service levels.
