Job responsibilities

• Payment transaction processing.

• Verification of invoices and reimbursement of costs.

• Handling financial and tax matters, e.g., VAT refunds.

• Communication with external partners and authorities.

• Processing of data.

• Communication with headquarters in China regarding financial matters.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on accounting or finance.

• Professional experience in the field of accounting.

• Diligence and conscientiousness.

• Good communication skills.

• Confident in using Office, especially Excel.

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German plus communicative English or Chinese.
