Job responsibilities

• Staffing Agency Research – Identify and evaluate staffing agencies, analyzing their capabilities and past performance. Build and maintain a network of reliable staffing partners.

• Contract Review and Negotiation – Review and negotiate contracts with staffing agencies, ensuring terms are favorable and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with the legal department as needed.

• Labor Ordering and Coordination – Collaborate with hiring managers to determine workforce needs. Place orders for temporary and contract labor as per departmental requirements.

• Monitor and track labor orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Compliance and Documentation – Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of contracts, orders, and labor-related documentation.

• Communication – Serve as a liaison between the company and staffing agencies, facilitating effective communication. Resolve issues and conflicts with staffing agencies professionally and efficiently.

• Performance Metrics – Establish and track key performance metrics related to labor outsourcing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Provide regular reports and analysis to HR management.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience in human resources, particularly in labor outsourcing and contract management.

• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

• Bilingual in Chinese and English, Trilingual in English, Spanish and Chinese even better.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
