• Design and Production:
Create or refine visual designs for various platforms including desktop, web, mobile, print ads, and exhibit materials. Craft employer branding templates and update brands’ guidebooks. Support UI or interior design.
• Internal Collaboration:
Play a pivotal role and work with internal shareholders to define design requests, implement creative strategies, negotiate deadlines, and manage design projects from inception to completion.
• Brand Assets Development:
Develop brand-compliant assets and collateral that support organizational and customer objectives. Manage and expand the image and video library which reflects the latest brand messaging. Maintain and develop the database of marketing and branding materials’ spec and resources.
• Creative Project Management:
Coordinate and brief with creative vendors/agencies, ensuring visual compliance of third-party deliverables. Pursue the quality and progress of projects, such as film production, photo shooting, and goodie printing.
• Branding and Design Resolution:
Address and resolve questions related to brand identity, trademark, design, layout, and file construction. Push boundaries, maintain up-to-date knowledge of visual language, branding, and creative innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a B2B in-house setting or with agency background.
• Proficient in Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), DTP software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Familiar with Figma, Canva, and any mainstream video editing software; and other knowledge or toolkit in the branding domain is appreciated (Typography, 3D design).
• Great aesthetics, excellent documentation skills, and a fine eye for detail.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a self-motivated learner.
• Ability to handle and prioritize tight deadlines and multiple projects.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese/French/Dutch is a plus.
