Job responsibilities

• Analyze tracking/shipping data and monitor product and carrier performance.

• Coordinate product and carriers with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to initiate product launch and sales enablement.

• Assist with Product and Carrier Manager on the product and carrier management-related daily tasks.

• Receive and upload vendor bills to online system, ledger account, and inspect bills for any unusual handling.

• Liaison between YunExpress USA and service vendors to ensure payments are made on time, payment details are accurately recorded, and bank payment slip are sent.

• Analyze vendor bills monthly and propose relevant problems and optimize solutions.

Job requirements

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.

• Bilingual in Chinese and English.

• General understanding of logistics industry(ecommerce shipping).

• Attention to detail and organization.

• Effective and efficient time management.

• Independent, self-motivated, proactive team player with a strong work ethic.

• Broad knowledge and experience with Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
