• Leads analytical support on sales opportunities, implementation, consulting, and re-engineering projects.
• Design new tools and processes to improve the solution design function discipline.
• Provide leadership, guidance, training, and daily direction to the team regarding the discipline’s tools and processes.
• Join sales calls with prospective customers to help understand roadblocks and propose creative solutions to solve customer needs.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives through the development and validation of innovative logistics design solutions.
• Other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, preferred.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers, E-commerce, retail logistics, or related Operations.
