Job responsibilities

• Contact with labor suppliers. .

• Independently carry out employee recruitment according to business development needs. .

• Work with health and safety advisors to promote health and safety rules.

• Cooperate with external consulting agencies to provide effective health and safety Management.

• Update records and organize training to facilitate employee development.

• Handle employee relations issues, manage disciplinary proceedings and issue relevant documents.

• Advice and guidance on HR work including onboarding, contract termination, layoffs, sick and maternity leave.

• Promote equality and diversity and support cultural change.

Job requirements

• Have working experience in the field of human resources, or pursuing a university degree in human resources related or business management.

• Must be fluent in oral and written communication in Turkish and English, preferably in Chinese.

• Ideal candidates have similar logistics work experience in Turkey, but not required.

• Preferably experience onboarding, creating HR documentation, managing base payroll, risk and compliance issues.
